Apex Warranty Group is looking for motivated and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team! If you’re looking for a fast-paced, supportive work environment with competitive pay and bi-weekly paychecks, this is the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers regarding extended auto warranty options
• Clearly explain warranty coverage, pricing, and benefits
• Assist customers in selecting the best protection plan for their vehicle
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow call center protocols
• Meet performance goals including call quality, sales targets, and customer satisfaction

Bonus Points:

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in call centers or auto warranty sales is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday
