Core Responsibilities

Prospect and build relationships with California contractors and construction businesses.
Quote, bind, and service general liability, workers’ comp, and contractor insurance policies.
Maintain and grow your book of business through renewals and referrals.
Stay organized, self-motivated, and proactive in building your pipeline.

Ideal Candidate

Holds a California P&C license (or willing to obtain).
Entrepreneurial and self-driven – thrives in a commission-only, high-reward environment.
Comfortable networking and building client relationships over phone, email, and in person.
Organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple accounts and follow-ups.

Compensation

60% New Business Commission
50% Renewal Commission
Client Ownership Once Vested
