TRIP Program Data Specialist/ Assists Data Systems Analyst

This is a key position in a growing nonprofit located and supporting Riverside County, and parts of Los Angeles County.

• Applicant should be detailed oriented, passionate about computer driven work results, have previous data entry experience and office experience.
• Must have excellent organizational and computer skills.
• This position requires attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must be bi-lingual in Spanish/English
• Enters monthly mileage reimbursement request data
• Audits detail, reports, totals as assigned
• Assists in preparation of monthly Rider/Client mail- out
• Responsible for assigned filing
• Responsible for assigned back-up systems and reporting
• Responsible for assigned TRIP Trak system troubleshooting and website updates amd/or enhancements
• Assists in cross-over client TRIP Trak data systems
• Interfaces with  TRIP Trak Users
• Training skills a plus -
• Must have outstanding keyboard skills

• Direct reporting will be to Data Systems Analyst
