This role is located in our Victorville Urgent Care. The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all clinical nursing and ancillary staff working on the urgent care floor. This position provides leadership, direction, and daily operational support to ensure the urgent care operates efficiently and delivers high-quality patient care. The Clinical Operations Manager will manage staff assignments, ensure appropriate coverage, maintain workflow, and serve as a resource for clinical and ancillary personnel. This role also includes responsibility for developing, updating, and implementing workflows, policies, and procedures to support urgent care operations.
Professional Duties
  • Oversee and provide direct supervision to all clinic staff.
  • Ensure all are done accurately and timely in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assist with staff onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
  • Conduct performance check-ins and provide coaching/feedback to team members.
  • Generate and maintain staffing, incident, and workflow reports for leadership review.
  • Respond to all codes timely to ensure rapid intervention.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education consistent with obtaining a RN License
  • Current California RN license
  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience in urgent care, emergency, or acute care settings required; 3 years supervisory or charge nurse/house supervisor experience required.
  • Ability to effectively establish and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Ability to provide high quality customer service, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Current California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • This role will be on-site.
