Description

This SUPV HR SPEC (MILITARY) position, located at an Air National Guard (ANG) Wing, Mission Support Group, Force Support Squadron or Flight and is part of the CA 163 ATKW.

This position is concurrently announced with AGR 24-173 and DSG 24-004. Only one of the announced positions will be filled. Referral and selection will be IAWCNGFPR335.

THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION.

The primary purpose of the SUPV HR SPEC (MILITARY), GS-0201-12, is to serve as the supervisor over the Force Development, Commander's Support Staff, Sustainment Services Flight, Military Personnel Flight and Airman and Family Programs within the Force Support Squadron. May serve as the full-time representative of the Commander.

May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance.

General Experience: Must possess a valid understanding of the basic principles and concepts of human resources functions and programs.

SUPV HR SPEC (MILITARY), GS-0201-12: Must have at least one year equivalent to at least the GS-11 level or equivalent in executing personnel programs and Human Resources Information Systems and advising supervisors and managers; Experience in personnel and manpower core competencies; Experience in applying program policies, directives, publications, and training manuals; and have at least 24 months experience with human resources programs related to federal civilian or military personnel programs.
