Description You will serve as a Manager and Deputy Department Head responsible for leading and supporting department-level responsibilities, projects, and teams for the Corporate Operations Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing and directing corporate business operations (e.g. Human Resources, Infrastructure, Corporate Communications, Information Technology, Security, Corporate Business, and Property Management) to develop plans and project approaches, improve business processes, and execute Command level organizational policies, processes, mandates, and operations within corporate compliance.
