Typical earnings: Producers meeting our 25-policy/month minimum average $70k–$90k in Year 1 cash. Sustain that pace and, with renewals, Year 2 earnings often exceed $100k. 
Screened applicants receive a concise “Comp Highlights” sheet before interviews.

Core Responsibilities 

  1. Quote, bind, and service personal- and commercial-auto policies. 
  1. Maintain CA P&C license; obtain TX, AZ, NM within 180 days. 
  1. Meet or exceed 25 new policies per month to keep full renewal and legacy rights. 
  1. Improve workflows and mentor peers as the division scales. 

 

Ideal Candidate 

  • 1+ year selling personal or commercial auto insurance. 
  • Phone-first closer who enjoys prospecting and follow-up. 
  • Tech-savvy with raters, CRMs, VOIP; compliance-minded. 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit—motivated by weekly income and long-term residuals. 

 

Compensation & Compliance Disclaimer 

All dollar amounts are illustrative averages. Actual payouts vary by carrier, premium size, state, and advance vs. paid-as-earned schedules. Full commission percentages, bonus tiers, vesting rules, and beneficiary provisions will be reviewed during interviews and detailed in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
