FULL TIME CALL CENTER POSITIONS

We are seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers over the phone by providing product and service information and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and service rendered 
• Troubleshoot and resolve client complaints
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of this evolving industry 

Qualifications:
• No prior experience necessary. We will Train you.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Basic computer skills needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Conveniently located off the 215 in Perris. Close to Moreno Valley, Perris, Hemet, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Murrieta and Temecula.
